Atheist lich that wants to live forever because he doesn't believe in an afterlife and isn't bothered by eating souls because he doesn't believe they exist.
RPGMemes
Humor, jokes, memes about TTRPGs
Small nitpick: if you are eating it you know it exists, or else you couldn't be eating it.
have you heard about spiritual nourishment
if you don't believe in eternal souls, you can assume you're eating something, just not a soul.
Do you? You're just casting a spell like magic missile or anything else. Perhaps the credulous fools that wrote it thought it consumed souls, but you don't care about their ignorant opinions.
Because I needed all the extra time to really finish my game of civilization
Damn imagine a turn taking a day or more.
Or playing using real people and resources against other liches
Are we still talking about ingame stuff?
More of an IRL game of civilization against other liches.
Wipe out a colonized planet, import confused cavemen for each "team", get into the nitty gritty of civ building from an ageless eye.
Isn't that just a war?
Not every civ game is war all the time...
I became a lich so I can make unliving friends so we can FINALLY have enough time to ~~play~~ finish setting up Campaign for North Africa
At this point I'll need lichdom if I want to see elder scrolls 6...
oh, I'm way ahead on that one!
don't even wanna see it at this point, given the recent track record... can't be disappointed, if you don't expect anything!
That's fair, they haven't made a game worth their salt since snake bite piercings were popular and the IP won't outlive Todd or Microsoft.
(Elder Scrolls 6 releases and it's just slightly better than Starfield)
Lich: well fuck.
Finally, I have all the time in the world to read, https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse2.mm.bing.net%2Fth%2Fid%2FOIP.W3v9b667eE1TsFLcSZ0OkAHaHa%3Fpid%3DApi%26ucfimg%3D1&f=1
Because I don’t know about the Clone spell.
My wizard went the opposite direction. She acquired a Potion of Heal, and mixed it with a Philosopher's Stone. My DM ruled that would make a Potion of Eternal Youth. She was eternally 17 years 10 months old. Was absolutely great because frequently people vastly underestimated her. She was also an 18th level wizard/dweomersmith by the time she drank the potion.

This is the setup to an RPG horror story. Glad it worked out for you.
