Can't vacuum form the gun, so you'd need a way to secure it well.
... here's an idea, hilux, vacuum form shell, real turret/gun installed... And make them remotely pilotted.
All the intimidation and force misdirection of real tanks, none of the armor.
Vacuum form it with the tank’s rear pointed down and the barrel pointed up and it should form just fine. You’d have to be careful pulling the vacuum to make sure the barrel doesn’t puncture the plastic or get too thin but it should work.
I propose a hybrid variant. Vacuum form the body, add an inflatable gun.
