I was being snarky with my first post. This is AI generated. Is has a Google SynthID watermark and the visable watermark "The Frog Mage" belongs to an Instagram account known for making AI generated content.

making things look old or low quality like a acreengrab is the easiest way of hiding obvious AI generation problems
