Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
  5. New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

Oh I'm definitely alone. And that's what that is.

I've spent some Christmas's alone. It's a million times better than being near my family

Yeah they're pretty baroquely terrible. Local friends would be great though.

I get that. It's not easy at all

We live in hell, its supposed to be hell, most of us work hard to keep it hell. I do enough psychedelics to not take it too personally most of the time.

We hosted a Friendsgiving today, there were 19 of us with all sorts of stories. Family friends who just didn't feel like cooking. Friends whose family has passed, another friend with a restraining order against hers. Friends who had moved far from their families and another who just does Thanksgiving with their family on the weekend instead. Everyone came and got stuffed full of turkey and mashed potatoes. I love that our home can be a place of togetherness and community for the people in our lives.

That's a really lovely thing to do! It sounds like a great day

I used to host friendsgivings. Now I'm eating alone in my bedroom while my sister who owns the house threatens me everyday with eviction. One step closer to homelessness, yay! I see so many people my age homeless and sleeping on the street, I'm 25 and seen more homeless kids than I ever wanted to.

It's less than ideal. Start bui)ding community for eviction defenses now.

I spent the day playing BG3 with a friend.

Better one true friend than all the "family" in the world.
