No. Every other stupid precedent by the supreme court was overturned by the supreme court. It's literally the only court that's in the constitution. What would getting rid of it even mean?

lol it’s crazy that UN 2025 there are still people who hold out hope that trump or any US president will ever set foot in jail. They would kill him before they let that happen, all we can hope is the next Big Mac kills him

Let's see how long it lasts. Our local asshole lasted 21 days and even wrote a fucking memoir about it... 😡 But thankfully Brasil has a good track record of putting presidents in jail so I'm hopeful for them.
