San Jose, Nov 24 (Prensa Latina) Costa Rican presidential candidate Laura Fernandez, of the Sovereign People's Party (PPS), proposed addressing the budget deficit currently facing the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) by selling two public financial institutions.
