Thats true.
The comment isn't joking, you can literally see the tip of the bullet poking out of the chamber, though the picture has been jpg-fucked over time it seems.
The top "tube" is just a channel for the cocking handle.
Oh so somebody just took the barrel of the gun then? So its not sticking out of the "end of the barrel"?
Semantics. Most barrels include the chamber the bullet sits in, this goofball basically chopped down everything except the chamber. "Barrel" would be as correct as "chamber" in this silly instance.
Since the chamber and the barrel are a single piece, I think it's reasonable to say that the bullet is sticking out of the barrel.
