If you are here to understand the relationship between the "fly" and "kunai". Here's what I got. If you merge Knife and Fly it could be "Knfly" which is kinda like kunai. That's all I got folks. 1+1=3
I think its just because it's a throwing knife, so it "flies"
Maybe just flying knife? I don't know
