Tashkent, Nov 13 (Prensa Latina) Cuba, along with two other Latin American nations, was elected to be a member of the Governing Council of the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC), Prensa Latina informed on Thursday.
