Kinshasa, Nov 12 (Prensa Latina) The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is hosting on Wednesday the preparatory works for the 9th Summit of Heads of State of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), scheduled for November 15 in this capital.
