Is this a specific exported recipe from India for the British Palate?

Does the British have other food items that are named after slurs? All I know that in Hungary, a lot of chocolate variants of things had "negro-" attached to it for some weird reason. Not as bad if it was "n*gg*r-", but still extremely weird.
