Belem, Brazil, Nov 10 (Prensa Latina) The Executive Secretary of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (UNCCD), Simon Stiell, warned that the planet is suffering devastating damage and urged governments to accelerate climate action with concrete decisions at COP30, which begins here today.
