La Paz, Nov 10 (Prensa Latina) The shooting to death of a judge in downtown Cochabamba by hitmen on a motorcycle has shocked Bolivians, following the broadcast of the video on national television channels. Security camera footage shows the exact moment Judge Edilberto Marcial Cruz of Villa Tunari Sentencing Court was killed by the men on the vehicle.
