La Paz, Nov 9 (Prensa Latina) Newly inaugurated President Rodrigo Paz affirmed that Bolivia is open to international collaboration on security matters with all countries, including the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), which was expelled in 2008 by the government of Evo Morales.
