Budapest, Nov 7 (Prensa Latina) Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán stated that the summit between Russia and the United States will be held in Budapest, although it remains uncertain whether it will lead to a solution to the conflict in Ukraine, Kossuth radio reported.
