Ramallah, Nov 5 (Prensa Latina) Amjad al-Shawa, director of the Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) Network in Gaza, denounced l that the entry of humanitarian aid barely covers between 20 and 30 percent of the needs of the territory's population.
