Sometimes your problems just seem so big and unmanageable that the hardest part is knowing where to start so it's easy to grind to a hault.
What helps me is writing everything down and breaking them down in a small manageable chunks, then when I check something it becomes a good way to motivate myself.
Doesn't always work but it's a good start.
