They diminished Jackie to shoehorn Johnny into the story, it wasn't very well done and I miss a lot of the low life lore. I want a Jackie game, a prequel leading up to the start of 2077's life path intros.

Oh please no, Johnny was one of the worst parts of the game.
You could spend that money on releasing a quality working game instead. I hate that games are turning into movies with the seeming need to have "well known stars" appear in your games. That costs a lot of money for whatever reason, which means less money for the shit that actually matters like a good story, good gameplay, and good graphics WITH performance to boot. So dumb.
I'd absolutely buy and play more cyberpunk games with Johnny Silverhand/Keanu in them. I'd also play games where I can be Johnny Silverhand/Keanu. Could certainly see another attempt to make some cyberpunk-style matrix-like story or open world that would go over well with me. I'm pretty open to any sort of Johnny Silverhand/Keanu related themes. I'd also readily accept a John Wick or John Constantine or Johnny Utah game too, basically any of the Johns. Honestly, I'd even play a game where I have to drive a bus that can't slow down or it explodes (which really isn't any different from most arcade racers when you think about it). Basically, shut up, take my money, do whatever you want with it as long as there's eventually more Keanu- or Keanu-adjacent-content in the video gaming space once you're done, this is a good thing. Or just inject some Keanu right into my veins, whatever, I don't know.
What about just Johnny?
The OG cyberpunk Johnny of course is included in that. while he is technically found among "any of the Johns", I actually meant for it to be both implied and explicitly included, but my words kind of got ahead of my muddled brain.
I figured as much from your list. I just felt the need to call him out specifically. Also what's the deal with Keanu paying characters named John?
There was a John Wick game, called John Wick Hex. It was ok, but looks like the license has expired and it's no longer available.

Kinda depends on what ending is canon. But I guess you could resurrect him by accident. Some rival corp, looking to find the secrets of Soulkiller resurrects his engram. The information wanted, is wrapped up in Silverhand himself. From there you could either go, nerd smuggles Johnny out and its a cat and mouse game with all the corps trying to find the soulkiller code, and Johnny. Or you could insert Johnny into the city, working behind the scenes to take down all the corps. And you, as some random, is who he chooses to give assignments to in order to take them down.
Maybe If I give it more thought, but off the top of my head, thats what I came up with. So bringing him back is totally doable without feeling contrived.
There's no reason it has to be post 2077. Silverhand was already an established character in the lore, there's plenty of shit that could be adapted. 2077 was in part a time skip epilogue to a whole bunch of notable characters from the TTRPG, and I think there's a decent amount of people who'd be down for the earlier stuff.
Mike also teased that Scarleltt Johansson may or may not be involved in Cyberpunk 2.
