Had a phone call with my endocrinologist; she is unsure what's going on with my hashimoto so she told me to do another lab check at february -_-

Just took my son ten pin bowling for the first time he handled it great 😃
Little late but can't sleep from Tuesday. Just trying to stay up long enough to do some work call in 5 hours then maybe some sleep. Really don't want to do this technical call for a call manager.
I found myself wide awake at 4:45, and instead of trying to wrestle back sleep, I went to take a walk at the beach! Yay for motivation! As a treat, I'm having breakfast at a nice place nearby. It's still 8 am, and I don't have any work meetings until 10, so it should be a nice day.
Someone did not put away the bathtub stopper so the cat ran off with it.
The cat is going through a nervous phase. We're trying to make sure she knows she's safe. Hoping it's just temporary.
Very tired. Distressed about everything.
