The silhouette was quite a bit for a 14 year old.

There was a PS1 Fighting game where you, in the menu, could turn "boob movement" on and off to a very little change ingame.
Which one is this?
Don’t quite remember if it was high school or college for me….

Honestly, neither does Quistis

Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards.
It's someone named "Eve"
You're welcome 😁
It was Led from Septerra Core.

Holy crap I thought I was the only one that played that game.
It's on Steam if you want to relive the experience.
Last time it was mentioned here on Lemmy I was surprised how many other people also thought they were the only one who played it.
Battletoads The Dark Queen

Would 1,000 percent accept being stepped on
I'm a little embarased to say--I mean I was a preteen boy at the time--but I spent way too many hours fantasizing and lusting over the picture of the Rogue class in the Diablo 1 manual.

Those pixelated succubus titties in the Hell stages were really something too. Kids today just don't know how desperate we were for even a hint of nudity.
See also, the other love of my young life, Samus Aran.

I was convinced, until the end of the game, there had to be some way to bring her back.

For me, maybe Razor from Maniac Mansion, even though I never made it more than ~30 mins into that game. My kid brain didn't understand the funny tingly feeling but years later I realized, "oh duh, hot punk babe".

There was also Princess What's-Her-Name, though she wasn't much of a character.

In terms of characters with actual detailed personality, the first big one was probably Rinoa from FF VIII. I was the same age as her when I played it.
Rikku taking off her outer bodysuit was probably a sexual awakening for a lot of young teenagers.
Like, I kinda get it based on her in game model, but not from that rendition.
I think my first was probably Elaine Marley from The Secret of Monkey Island. I wasn't used to seeing strong independent women in video games.

Street Racing Syndicate
Babette from Cosmic Fantasy 2.
Cosmic Fantasy 2 is the only game in the Cosmic Fantasy series that ever saw a North America release. It was released on the Turbografx 16 CD, which is the game system my mom bought me when she bought my older brother and younger sister of Super NES and a Sega Genesis.
She figured buying each of us a different game system would mean that we would share and collaborate, but nobody wanted to play my role-playing game, and they didn't want to let me play Sonic or Mario, so I sat down and played Cosmic Fantasy II from beginning to end.
It was the first role-playing game I ever beat, it was the first role-playing game I had ever seen with full-motion video, it was a really good story, and yeah, the introduction of Babette was a full-motion anime video of her taking a shower in a space ship, which was fantastic to preteen me.

wow. I would likely have listed her at the bottom of the playable characters. I mean I definitely have lulu at the top followed by yuna.
FF10 is like a personality test for sexuality:
Lulu - goth dommy mommy
Yuna - good conservative religious girls
Rikku - young and playful girls
Tidus - fuckboys
Wakka - athletic twinks
Auron - yes daddy
Kimahri - 😻

Sorry! Tried to mark it NSFW, but the format wouldn't take.
I don’t know about first, but she was one of the first I can remember
