Yeah I think that's where people are going wrong on this thing, they think criticism of Israel is criticism of Jews, when in reality there are probably more Jews in the USA.
Far too many Israel supporters deliberately try to frame it in this way in an effort to make it politically unpalatable to call out Israel for being an apartheid state.
Then pro Palestine rallies start chanting "gas the Jews" and show you what they're really protesting.
