I wake up whenever I feel like it, it just so happens to be around 5-6 AM, no matter what day or time of year. But I might be biologically reprogrammed from waking up every day early to catch the bus to school when I was younger or a construction site later.
Now I work from home and wake up every day automatically 10-30 minutes before alarms go off. In the summer its nice, I get to see the sunrise but in the winter its dark. Daylight saving time does not help either.
