It looks like he tried to escape a bunch of unmarked cars cornering him in the street and as part of trying to escape may have gotten close to their cars. That's about it. Whoever let those morons record their fake news clip without any actual facts (even federal judges acknowledge that the federal government is not a reliable source) should be fired.
Unless the state arrests them and charge them with attempted murder it's not going to change either.
