The problem with that kind of overwhelming force attack (as opposed to strategic targets) is that Putin has an even greater overwhelming attack and Ukraine doesn’t.

But to answer your question… 137 million lbs of Ukrainian FPV drones with an average weight of 4.4lbs would be 31,136,363 and a half drones.
