I'd like to set up a local caldev server (possibly using Radicale) on my computer to sync calendar and tasks to/from my Android device. I set up the server on my PC (localhost:5232) and can access it on different browsers, but I can't seem to connect to it on my phone. I thought it was because they weren't in the same LAN but the 2 devices do see each other in sharedrop.io. I live on campus in college, so I don't have a lot of control over the network. What can I do here?

What url are you using on the phone? localhost is the local host, so your phone in this case.
