Are those verbs or adjectives or adverbs? I only know most grammar non-declaritively so i have no idea what they are, not concerned about its correctness or what it implies to others

I think they're adverbs modifying "downfall" (though the primary verb is "felt").

Nouns are modified by adjectives. Adjectives, adverbs, and verbs are modified by adverbs.

Downfall - noun
Deserved - adjective
Perceived - adverb
