that facebook comment basically saying infrastructure changes don't matter because it's people that need to change it's the perfect example why these decisions are better left to traffic engineers, not democratic voting.
Lets tear down all bridges. At that point the infrastructure doesn't need to change the people do (/s)

It's like they want to be stuck in prisoners dilemmas.
