I always though that "J" stood for "jelly". Can it stand for "jam" as well? Or have I been missing out on strawberry jelly?

It can stand for whatever you like. I make mine with jam, because I don’t buy/make jelly. I figure I’d prefer the small amount of fiber from the seeds, plus I enjoy it with a little texture.
