Anyone know how to (safely) get rid of a phone battery that's swollen up into a "spicy pillow"?
It's apparently a fire risk, so it needs some kind of special handling โ I don't want to just drop it in a bin somewhere!

What smart watches are you all wearing and would you recommend? I've got a Galaxy 4 Classic and while I loved it, it doesn't track workouts very well and has started to just stop half tracking half way through, even if I'm still moving. Its battery life is also abysmal. Looking for something I can use to track rides, runs and swims.
I try to buy cheap petite smart watches with a metal strap and a magnetic charger. Mostly for step tracking. So many seem quite large and it puts me off.

I have a Garmin Venu. It's an old model now but it tracks everything you said and more. It pairs with Garmin Connect which has workouts and challenges on it too. I think they're up to Venu 4 now.
Okay, okay. Iโll get up
this weekend I have to put my physio exercises in my new UnKAOS schedule , if it's scheduled I have the time and will find the time
