The White House, in partnership with the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, will reveal plans aimed at banning junk fees.

The greatest junk fee of them all is businesses -- especially brick and mortar ones -- being able to advertise pretax prices.

Sticker price should be the price you pay, end of story.

One thing is I would like them to not allow fees to leave. If you don't like a service because of bad service or fees they should not be able to charge a fee to close down your account or transfer it out.
