Utter bargain found today in a little charity shop in Norfolk. The Arrow Video edition of Twelve Monkeys, an upgrade to my very old DVD. Very happy.

Damn, I am way behind on my pick-ups. My free time has gone into my niece's history essays but I'll grab some time Tuesday and Wednesday to take photos and get posting.
Yesterday, I discovered one of my favourite films, Guest House Paradiso, a British comedy film from 1999, got its first-ever Blu-ray release last month in the US. Unfortunately, once you factor in import fees, it works out to £50!!
How has that got a US release first? 🤷 We have so much classic British comedy that hasn't had a Blu-ray release this seems a weird pick.
Just had a nose around - seems to be going for £20-25. Still a bit high but not a running kick in the plums.
edit: as the DVD isn't going cheap, it's probably not too awful.
You can also get it for £10 on amazon.co.uk on VHS. Yeah, VHS.
