The funding will also go toward recruiting and retention of doctors and other health-care professionals and would increase from 16 to 35 the number of Foundry centres in B.C. aimed at improving mental health and wellness among young people.

I think this is a great idea, but I wonder if 35 will be enough. Also, 12 are already planned to be built, so the increase is actually from 28 to 35:

Through Budget 2023, government will add 12 new Foundry centres to provide young people aged 12-24 and their families and caregivers free and confidential services to fit their unique needs.
