I feel like this is just illegal in states that require two party consent for recording, but I'm not a lawyer.
It's also just generally a bad idea and everyone involved in making it should be barred from working in technology.

I would rather run my own model on my own hardware than use someone else's cloud
I hate to disappoint you, but there are plenty of idiots that would lap this up.
I feel like It’d be mostly clueless kids, because a lot people who don’t understand the psychological risks are probably still scared of AI and don’t want it in their lives. (At least in my experience.)
