Wait, some people don't?

Some people just don't think about what happens next

My immediate answer os the same, "don't we all"

Isn't everyone fighting anxiety and depression every moment of their waking day?

I sincerely do not believe that there are people who have never experienced depression or anxiety. Unless, perhaps, it's related to some sort of medical/psychological condition.

Well I was friends with people who never experienced depression or anxiety. One person had it particularly easy. They sailed through live without even a hiccup through Uni right into a very high paying Job in Government- Service Industries. Never doubted themselves, it was always: well I did what I did, now let's see how it turns out, then deal with it. Not beeing able to deal with it never even was a possibility.

Loving upper middle class Parents. No family trauma. Caring siblings. Did competitive sports from age eleven. Had trainers, coaches and physical therapists. Then they met their Partner who was an uncaring mean narcissist, and I haven't heard from them in 20? years. Hold on just realized it had been almost 30. These people exist. It just seems they are immediately preyed upon the moment narcissists find them.
