Continued tensions and factional skirmishes in post-Assad Syria. There have been a number of clashes between the central government and the SDF, Druze insurgents backed by Israel have been causing trouble in the south, and the moderates and Islamists in the central government have been causing policy reversals and reversals-of-reversals in their back-and-forth.
