Defenders of Israel will say it's OK when a sovereign state with billions of dollars in US weaponry at its disposal kills hundreds of civilians in a densely populated area because a non-state militant group that was once supported by Israel against Yasser Arafat also killed some civilians the other day. Yes, that's correct. Israel once supported Hamas against more moderate factions of Palestinian resistance! The imperialists have perfected the art of creating their own enemies, and subsequently using the actions of those enemies to justify using overwhelming force against unarmed innocents!
