I used to feel guilty when I did this all the time.
I used to feel like I had no choice but to do this all the time.
I used to think I did OK at work despite doing this, and that the worst symptom was reduced short term memory and difficulty holding a clear train of thought.
I no longer do this and am now like a super human version of who I used to be. I get paid more.

Uh, I don't go this hard but I smoke. Handle an entire division. Built up a multi-national business from scratch. All while smoking weed. You lacked discipline and the older you get the more you are learning those skills.
