Yes, that website clearly details with legal references exactly how she is guaranteed to never see a single cent of that money in any capacity.
I'm sure Trump's old "charity" did too before it got shut down when it was discovered he was funneling the money into his own accounts. It's not enough to have legal references that state what you're supposed to do - not anymore. The wealthy openly commit crimes and pay off any legal trouble with a fraction of the funds they illegally amassed.
Did Charlie Kirk not have life insurance? I feel like this is such a basic thing if you have a family. When my step kids were young I had a policy that was 5x my annual salary so I could be sure bills got paid. My step kids are grown and aren't hurting for $, so I downsized the policy to be big enough to bury me with plus enough left over have a swank family dinner out in to remember me fondly and/or talk trash about me.
I don't think life insurance covers "Acts of rebellion, insurrection, or terrorism." So even if he did, i'm sure they would find some way to deny coverage.
