This car seems pretty amazing if it comes to fruition.

I've been watching the development of this vehicle since around '06. Very exciting to see it getting closer to production https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aptera_Motors

I'm skeptical they'll succeed but I really hope I'm wrong. IMO, this is the direction cars need to go to be sustainable going forward.

It’s the one glitch in physics that THEY don’t want you to know about.

🤦‍♂️

Okay this looks sick! I don't drive that much so being able to just charge off solar for my short trips to the store and whatnot would be awesome. Looks like a great futuristic but simple commuter car, though a bit skeptical on how safe it would be in an accident.

I like that they will sell parts to consumers to repair themselves if they'd like.

I am 6'5" though, so I'm not sure I'd fit well :/

Yeah, even better on their repair parts, they plan to have a QR code sticker on all components linking to a video showing the safe and correct steps for replacing that part, I really love that.

About a safe as a motorcycle. Still the efficiency is amazing!
