Sounds like it's a regular company newsletter kinda thing. Still, the government should not be doing this over a private citizen.
As someone who can still remember watching the second plane hit on live tv, I honestly don’t even notice September 11 until I see a post with the towers in it. I’m sure others have far more visceral reactions still, but I’ve now had enough co-workers that were born after it happened that I see it as a thing that happened in the past that has no real relation to today (outside of the ramifications of the Patriot act). Having the EPA post about a private citizen is weird though.
