It's an older meme, but it checks out. This meme is from the peak meme era, circa 2004.
Conventionally, rather than two panels with captions, it's made using four separate image panels. For that reason, the meme format is known as gaijin 4koma. You can search that term to learn more about it. Apparently the guys were IGN reporters.
They don't see all the ways it could have terribly gone wrong!

This is even better because before reading the bottom text, I was expecting it to be about users pointing out when something went wrong.
Also should have one with sales/marketing/management suggesting a bunch of other things it should do instead or in addition. That’s where you’re feeling like a badass because you did this cool thing. Then a couple seconds later you’re like: my cool thing … wasn’t cool enough? ☹️ Could be the same meme but with the panels swapped.

Yeah it makes me happy to see my features WORKING in production. But most of the time I am the only one enjoing them just working :D
I'm not sure I enjoy it, it's more the impending doom lessens a bit.
Whatever the fuck my role is now seeing a feature work as intended:
