Followed by a cat-person then a centaur. Lizards can swim real good and lick their eyeballs.

None of these are a hornet or praying mantis

[–] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 7 points 2 years ago

Real talk for a moment. I thought they refer to them as scalies. I think ?

[–] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 6 points 2 years ago

Yeah scalies, but my old school rpg brain always thinks of them as lizard folk

[–] NephewAlphaBravo@hexbear.net 8 points 2 years ago

because they're cold-blooded hahaha

A local version of the old "it isn't realistic for bipedal talking animal people to have breasts if they're scaly" struggle session is on its way, isn't it? grumpy-lizard

Even D&D communities get caught up in that with Dragonborn. It's probably why Baldur's Gate 3 omitted that from the previously-canon look.

Lusty Argonian Maid here we come

[–] UlyssesT@hexbear.net 6 points 2 years ago

She won't let anyone take them without a fight.

[–] FourteenEyes@hexbear.net 6 points 2 years ago (1 children)

It's more of a "who are they for" because just imagine little gator baby mouths chomping on them nips

[–] UlyssesT@hexbear.net 6 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Depending on how they are presented, Argonians often have something like lips, for what it's worth.

I saw an interview with one of the Baldur's Gate animators and they said they had to give the dragonborn pseudo lips or it looks wrong when they're talking. Probably the same for lusty Argonian maids

Bird people are pretty neat, then stuff like sea slugs. I don't like centaurs though, too many limbs. It freaks me out like how a spider would.

Spidersonas are the best though

Monkey fursonas intrigue me. As a primate having a primate fersona feels like a specific choice
