Not to be pedantic, but... Charlie Day is the actor; Charlie Kelly is the character.

Why don't I strap on my job helmet and squeeze down into a job cannon and fire off into Jobland where jobs grow on jobbies.
This is a good point. A formal spaghetti policy has not been enacted as of yet. I suggest we come up with one.
