I wish they’d bring back the i3. Just give it more range and some serious fast charging.
Electric Vehicles
Overview:
Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

I've seen a couple of i3s around town. I love how they look. If they came out with a new version with the improvements you mentioned, plus maybe a little bit more cabin space and rear leg room, I'll consider it.
I drive an i3 and have since 2018. I recently starting looking to see if there is a compelling upgrade from it and....there just isn't. Hell, I would just buy an updated i3 with slightly more range and acceleration and Android Auto. I would pay upwards of $50k for that... BMW? Are you hearing me?!?
The whole kidney front grill is just so off-putting to me. And especially with EVs, it’s just unnecessary. I understand branding and history of the cars, but bleh.
It is truly terrible. I'd rather just keep driving an old beater than look at that every day
Apart from that, it has quite clean but solid lines.
Steering wheel and weird shaped screen are absurd, though.
And then there’s the price…
Nah.
Edit: Not for me. Ew.
It's not like I will ever be buying a BMW anyway, but I want cars with knobs.
Does glare mess with that front screen?
Other than the instrument cluster part, the rest just seems like they're filling space because they have it.
And it eats into the driver field of view a bit, but I'm sure they have auto braking that will save some kids when the driver with reduced visibility is on their phone.
I think it's really nice, and the range is insane. Who even wants to go 800km without stopping to charge?
