I don't know the details of this case, but wouldn't that mean YouTube was collecting and selling the children's personal data?

Disney to Pay $10 Million in FTC Settlement Over Collecting Children’s Personal Data on YouTube
(www.hollywoodreporter.com)
Was, is, and will continue to do so.
I went 2000 in a 25 and got fined $10.
Do you think I will go 2000 again
Disney gross profit for the twelve months ending June 30, 2025 was $35.557B.
They were fined 0.02812386% of their gross profits for one year. In "normal person terms". The median household income in 2023 was $80,610. After taxes, this would be approximately $60k. After bills and such, this household will be able save approximately $7k (we'll call that gross profits). If Disney was this household, then they'd get fined $197. That would totally make them never do that again.
Edit: Since Disney is a US company, I used US averages/figures.
