Interesting question that I don’t think the article answered satisfactorily. It appears there are more vegans than ever in the UK, but the restaurants are closing. It should be simple to determine if this is just because LOTS of restaurants are closing (not just vegan), as is only hinted at in the article. But no real conclusions are drawn. Seems like someone taking a “vegan restaurants can’t survive” angle for clicks.
