I'm moving to Denver at the end of the month from just outside of DC. Renting in Denver is going to cost about the same as renting in the most sought after DC neighborhoods. Housing there is expensive, for sure. Though I am hopeful that Mike Johnston actually has a plan and will do what he can to help house as many people as possible.
