When I try to log into my Microsoft account, it says user doesn't exist. This is very new and I can log into my Xbox account under same email and I'm logged into my authenticator app.

I can get in but only to view my profile, Microsoft edge doesn't sync as it says it doesn't exist. WTF is going on?
