Yeah, seems like a silly one to hate on. They'll all have AI usage policies in some form before long. Might as well get ahead of the obvious.
Ohio is already a joke to the rest of the country.
This isn't going to help their case.
Either you didn't read the article, or you're against restricting the use of AI in the classroom.

How do you figure?
Policies aren't necessarily bad and are absolutely needed surrounding AI. Of course it's Ohio so the policy will probably be "Use it or else" because the elite class is trying to speedrun a water crisis, but still.
