Honestly it makes little sense for Italian cards to be printed in the US. Maybe that's why Pokemon packs are CRAZY expensive in Italy? The TCG literally cannot take off. There is a reason why Magic is the most popular TCG in Italy.

Production and transport are a tiny percentage of the retail price.

Today I learned that the cards are available in Thai and Indonesian as well.
